Zumba and Dance Fitness Classes are fun ways to sweat away those extra pounds or troubles (i.e. release stress). Students are having so much fun; we needed to add more classes. Beginning May 14, we are adding Dance Fitness on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you love Zumba – you will also enjoy Dance Fitness. The class format is the same, however; the music and dance moves are different - to keep life fun and motivating. And to build strength and flexibly, join us on Mondays for Yoga.
Our fitness classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping! However, our dance classes will feed the soul. Join us for Hip Hop and Contemporary classes!

Tuition prices have been lowered. The drop-in fee is now $12 per class and if you prepay for your classes during the first week of the month, classes will only be $10 per class. For more details, visit our Tuition page
In addition to the current class schedule, we have students interested in adding more Dance and/or Yoga classes.
